Good Experience I went to Bommarito Ford on a whim to see if they could find a Mustang GT Premium spec'd out the way I wanted it... I had very specific preferences an I went to Bommarito Ford on a whim to see if they could find a Mustang GT Premium spec'd out the way I wanted it... I had very specific preferences and was unable to locate anything online even remotely near me, and I wanted to value my trade in so I could run the numbers in my head. Steve Nodiff met me at the door and helped me scan the dealer networks for a Mustang to fit my shopping list, and we looked at a couple cars on the lot so he could explain features I was interested in. No pressure on me to just settle one they already have. I was also able to assess my trade-in during that visit even though it was later on a Sunday and with no notice. Nevertheless we were struggling to find exactly what I wanted because the 2018s were done with production and pickings were slim. Eventually we found one that hit my boxes. Just one. At that point I decided that unless I went 2019 and ordered from factory, this was gonna be my best and maybe only option so I could use a good Ford promotion. We went ahead and sent the request to another dealer to see if we could intercept my car before someone else booked it. I had to wait to hear back on whether we'd get it or not, but Steve kept me in the loop, worked through all my timing requests and was very considerate of how and when I wanted to arrange payment, handle paperwork, and take delivery. Very happy with the experience. I handled my own financing, and wasn't pushed around by Bommarito's finance team when it came to offering additional services. Not all dealerships conduct themselves so well. Bommarito is a comfortable and I'd definitely check with them again for another car. Hoping to carry this same experience forward as I go in for service. More

When I called Monday morning, he doubled checked the lot to make sure the vehicle was still available before setting an appointment later that day. Throughout the buying process he was very patient with our multiple questions. The dealer offered us a very fair price for our very old trade-in vehicle and the financing person was also very patient & didn’t try to push “extras” on us - told us about them, but didn’t use high pressure tactics to try to persuade us. Overall, we were highly satisfied with this process & all the staff. More
