Best Car Buying Experience - Ever! This was my first experience with a Bommarito dealership and it was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I ran into a the dealership was friendly and said hello. The dealership itself is very clean, has lots of comfy chairs to sit in, a huge flat screen TV for my viewing pleasure, several complentary drinks and even free ice cream! Steve Nodiff was the sales person I worked with. He's a nice guy who knows what he's doing. He answered every question I had and even prompted me to ask more questions. He also treated me with the utmost respect, that's key in my book. Tony Boyd in Financing was also super nice and got me everything I asked for. I was very pleased with him as well. All in all it was just a very pleasant experience and I am now a life long Bommarito customer. I won't go to any other dealerships. More

Missed Delivery Turned OUTSTANDING!!! On Monday found a unit at dealer slightly out of town. Tuesday secured unit to come to Bommarito in Hazelwood for delivery on Wednesday. Or so we tho On Monday found a unit at dealer slightly out of town. Tuesday secured unit to come to Bommarito in Hazelwood for delivery on Wednesday. Or so we thought. Wednesday afternoon was informed the truck had been sold before it was available to be picked up... Oh that was TOUGH! Upon being invited back to Bommarito, Steve my sales contact and I were both a bit disappointed. Now I had my heart set on the other truck because it was a V8. Steve asked if I would consider driving an EcoBoost 3.5 V6. I had never driven one. So happens the available truck was Steve's previous demo and had the color, interior and extras more than the other truck. I was open enough to give it a test drive. After returning and hearing the deal along with more for my trade, 5800 miles had no effect on my decision. WOW, what a vehicle and what a group of folks really concerned with my personal happiness in this transaction. Picked up the truck on Friday, St. Patrick's Day afternoon. Above and beyond my understanding!!! Nice job Steve Nodiff, Brad Gilbert, and Dan King! Quite a team very interested and attentive to detail in order to overwhelming satisfy this discriminate truck buyer. Awesome Job One!!! More

Excellent Customer Service Justin was very pleasant and friendly. He helped me find the car I wanted as soon as I came in. He let me lead the car shopping experiences. Most car salesmen will try to put you in a car but he let me find the one that's best with me. I had went to 3 dealership before him and was not pleased with their customer service or the options they had in the lot. I wanted a ford fusion but I wanted a certain color and low mileage. I was surprised with all the options they had. Justin was very patience with the process. We finished a little past closing time but Justin was still all smiles and cracking jokes. He didn't complain once or try to speed up the process to get me out the door. I really appreciate that. More
