When car seat covers where removed by the shop and not replaced, he went digging thru the shop trash, not once but twice, to find them. While that act doesn’t place much confidence in me in the shop, Don’s help was deeply appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Don to anyone for the purchase of their next vehicle. He stayed well after closing to make sure my husband and I could close the deal that same day as our work schedules prevent us from having the same night off only once a week. There was no pressure to sell me additional car warranty; everything was explained and we decided on our own what to do. Like previously stated, the detail shop failed in that they didn’t replace what was obviously custom ordered seat covers that very clearly had “Pilot” embossed into the covers; I found pieces of dog biscuits under the seats, and wrappers and receipts under seats when I moved them. It makes me wonder if they can’t detail a car to a better standard, how can I trust them to properly maintenance my vehicle? This is my second used Pilot purchase and I hope when another vehicle is needed for my family, we receive the same care as this time! More
