Overall we had a good experience! The used manager really low balled us on our trade in! The salesman (Don Scheffler) was good and overall a decent experience. Michael, finance guy, was phenomenal!! He got us a really good rate, went through some of our trade in original paperwork and told us how to get a refund, and gave us info about our Van we didn’t even know!! Transparent, helpful and efficient! Working with Aaron and Mike was, believe it or not, an ENJOYABLE experience! No pressure, total transparency, helpful and efficient. We were able to Working with Aaron and Mike was, believe it or not, an ENJOYABLE experience! No pressure, total transparency, helpful and efficient. We were able to cover most of the numbers via email/text with Aaron to shorten our time in the dealership during the pandemic - Aaron gave us a good breakdown of the numbers along with an "initial valuation" of our trade-in...we pretty much had the deal done before we ever set foot in the dealership. Upon arrival Aaron had the Pilot ready to go for a quick test drive while they did an in-person look at our trade-in. The entire process moved along quickly and we were in the Business Office with Mike Minner within 30 minutes of first arriving onsite. Mike was cordial and helpful when going through the various warranty options and at no time pressured us into buying a package. We were able to look at various financing options in a short period of time and wrapped up the entire finance portion of the deal in less than 30 minutes - although we could've spent a lot more time just visiting with Mike and hearing stories about his family and our similar faith backgrounds. Excellent time with Aaron and Mike - we will be back! More
