Bad service Dept. Carpet had to be replaced was told had to order it from Nissan they would call in a few days waited two weeks finally I call the dealer Oh didn't the Carpet had to be replaced was told had to order it from Nissan they would call in a few days waited two weeks finally I call the dealer Oh didn't they call its in so I set up another appointment when I get there I pull my Murano in the service department with about one thousand miles on it I was told they didn't have time I would have to come back.I take it back about a week later so now its been the shop for five day I get a call Oh the carpet is here but some thing wrong with it have to order a new one so its been in the shop for five days still don't have the carpet in may be looking at another week! More
