Let me put it this way: they drove 1/2 hour in two separate cars to meet me at my local car rental place, finish the paperwork, and hand over my brand new Patriot. Orlando is one the most genuinely friendly people you'll ever meet, and Gary maintained excellent and professional communication throughout the process without being too overwhelming. 10/10 stars for these gentlemen!
