Best Experience I've Had Buying A Car. My wife was driving our Grand Cherokee when someone T-Boned her and totaled our beloved Jeep. Fortunately she was unhurt which is a testament to how safe these vehicles are. Our rental was about to expire from the insurance company and we didn't want to pay $50/day to extend it. Our backs were to the wall. I work a very busy schedule so the only time I could find a car was on Saturday. After going to three dealerships earlier in the day, I was really disappointed not only by the selection but by the experience and it brought back all the negative memories I've had with car shopping. My wife and I did a quick Google search for Jeep dealerships in Southern New Hampshire and found Bonneville & Son. After dealing with stereotypical salesmen all morning, being tired and hungry I wasn't expecting much from Bonneville when we first arrived. Then we met Rick. Rick was patient with us and I could tell he sensed we had a long day. He sat us down and asked us a few questions about what we wanted in a car and he was respectful of our budget. After narrowing down his inventory, Rick had selected a few Jeeps for us to look at that had all the bells and whistles we wanted. After test driving a Jeep he had picked out for us, we both fell in love with it. The whole process was so smooth and I could tell Rick had not only been in the business a long time, but was also a real people person who cared about the happiness of others. I arrived at Bonneville's in a salty mood and left feeling happy about the experience. I have Rick to thank for that. I would highly recommend Rick he will make the process smooth and put you in a positive mood. More

Dishonest, bait and switch I've had 2 interactions with this dealership . Once to look at a car, once for service...both times they lied over the phone to get me into the deale I've had 2 interactions with this dealership . Their friends, family and employees must spend a lot of time on this site writing fake reviews. Everyone I have spoken to has had the same experience.... You get one story over the phone.....then a different story and excuses when you get to the dealership;..bait and switch scammers...the oldest game in the book.. Not the case at all! I was greeted by Orlando, who asked me questions and then immediately got me driving the exact Chrysler Pacifica that I was hoping to learn about, with all of the features, trim, and even the color that I wanted. Orlando was easy to talk to, and he was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was patient with me, since I had many questions (and a touch of anxiety) about buying a new vehicle, and he was very kind to my children. Orlando walked me through the entire process, and it was clear that my satisfaction was really important to him. Since Orlando is fairly new to the team, he had another rep, Todd Oswald, overseeing the transaction. Todd was also really helpful, and clearly a good mentor to Orlando. Dan helped me navigate the financing, and made sure I got what I wanted. I highly recommend visiting Bonneville and working with these guys, if you are interested in having a positive car buying experience.
