I wasn't sure if i was going to be able to. He found me the perfect car, or as i like to call it "the diamond the rough" perfect car for me. When it came to pricing they were offering similar savings off of the MSRP, until we spoke with Mike Fortier the Sales Manager. Mike asked a series of questions, one being where do I work. Turns out, working for my company entitled me to get a nice discount, something Mike didn't have to tell me about. We filled out a form, and the next thing I knew, we were driving away in our new 2016 Grand Cherokee. They made the experience seamless and even suggested over the next few days to write down anything we had questions about then just stop in to discuss or call them on their personal cells to get our questions answered. Smooth and exciting! I first spoke to Vedran about coming in to look at vehicles. He was extremely polite and informative. I have never felt so important to a salesmen ever! He actually cared about me being happy! He got everything ready for the sale, which he handed off to a wonderful woman named Eleni! She was going to assist me with the finalization of the paperwork due to Vedran being on vacation. Eleni was amazing! She was so friendly and informative and made the process so smooth. She helped me with the questions that I had, and even showed me details about the car I had no idea about! Vedran and Eleni are a power team!
