Good shopping experience, but We arrived to look at a specific used car we had found on the internet (a Passat), dealer recommended by USAA. The salesperson was friendly and courteous but didn't know as much about the specific car as we did (she had a couple of days warning that we were coming), but that is probably to be expected, as it is not actually a VW dealership. We arrived at an agreeable price and bought the car and the process was efficient. What was not efficient, was that they did not "overnight the copy of the title application as soon as our check cleared" (their promise).. Our check cleared (was cashed by them) 2 days later but 8 days later , only after a call to them, did they finally mail it to us. Perhaps an example of "out of sight, out of mind". Also, the service people looking over the car failed to notice that the 12v.lighter outlets (necessary for charging cell phones) were dead, due to someone putting a penny in one and blowing the fuse. Ordinarily replacing the fuse would be a simple matter, but VW does not publish the fuse diagram for the car, even online. This required an encounter with a VW dealer (50 miles away from our home) to get this fixed. It would have been a simple fix for the Bonneville service department, had they noticed the problem.. I had and have complete trust and confidence in them as well as my purchase. I had been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler for awhile, both in Florida and up here in NH. I was most comfortable with them out of all the 40+ dealerships I had been to. They didn't sugar coat anything, Ashlie and Mike helped me in every way possible to meet all me needs and get me into a Jeep that was best for ME. I was completely satisfied with the price as well. I know I didn't get worked over like the other dealerships. I couldn't be happier. I recommend them out of any other dealership in the New England area.
