My wife and I had been looking for the perfect Jeep Wrangler for months. Having been told it would take over 6 months to order (due to backorders), we started searching beyond New York. In January, we came across Bonneville and Son that had one in transit. We connected and worked a deal with Superman (AKA Tim Hogan), who was amazing and very helpful throughout the whole process. He would update us frequently and would make himself available as needed. Once the Jeep finally arrived in late February, we made the trip to the dealership to finalize all the paperwork. Our overall dealership experience was pleasant, welcoming, and warm-spirited. We have had bad experiences in the past with some shady dealers, but this was the complete opposite. Very professional and not pushy with additional services. The best part, as soon as the registration was complete on our end, Bonneville & Son’s set up a driver to deliver the Jeep to our door (over 4-hour ride) at no additional cost. Ray, the driver, was great and delivered the vehicle in perfect condition. This shows what they are willing to do to make their customers happy! Overall, our experience with Bonneville & Son’s is that they are a no-frill, straight up dealer with great customer service. We will definitely be reaching back out when we buy another vehicle.
