Service beyond expectation This dealership continues to outperform and deliver beyond expectations. It is simply so overwhelming that I am compelled to make this known. A few This dealership continues to outperform and deliver beyond expectations. It is simply so overwhelming that I am compelled to make this known. A few weeks ago, I bought a van from this dealership. The van as beautiful and measuring by value for money, a great deal. A few days ago, the vehicle wouldn't start. These things do happen with cars and the dealership cannot be blamed. But this happened in the evening when the dealership was technically closed. I called Rick, my salesperson. Rick was enjoying his evening until I called. I explained my problem. Immediately Rick took things under his control. He arranged for a tow truck and a rental car for me. He met me at the dealership later in the evening when I arrived and made sure I had transportation back home. Both Service and Sales got involved to make sure I was taken care of and treated fairly. Tom worked with Rick and his manager. Together, they decided it was fair to take care of the costs of fixing the vehicle. Further, Tom asked again if I had transportation and if it was adequate. I was surprised because I had an incoming party and the vehicle I had would not have been adequate. Tom went off to get me a mini-van and called me back to let me know he had one that could be picked up the same evening. This level of service quality, empathy for the customer, fairness, consideration and relationship management is unknown in many businesses and certainly unheard of in the automotive sales industry. This is not the first time the employees of this dealership have outdone themselves and surpassed expectations. I consider this dealership as a model for the rest of the industry. Employees like Tom and Rick and their respective managers have demonstrated that they understand that customer service beyond expectations is the key to sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. Without a shadow of a doubt, this works to the mutual advantage of the customer and the business! I highly recommend this dealership and most certainly would call on Rick when I am ready for another vehicle. My New 2016 Trailhawk So I went in to the dealership around December and test drove a used Cherokee Trailhawk. The sales guy was Todd. He was very good on explaining all the features of the Jeep and not being pushy during the test drive. I didn't buy the car because I didn't like the color silver. I was expecting to get hit up every week by the sales guy Todd but it never happened, I was pleasantly surprised. Then I got a call on like January 4th inviting me to stop by the dealership since it was their year end and they promised to give me a crazy good deal on a new Jeep Cherokee. A few hours later I drove off in a new 2016 mango tango Jeep Cherokee Trailkawk fully loaded for just a few thousand more then I would have paid for a used one. The experience was better than I could ever have imagined that it inspired me to write a review. The manager who approved the deal was Bill Dann. I just went back to the dealership to have my roof rack installed. They only charged me like 15$ for the installation plus parts and detailed my car just bc I asked them to rinse it off. Would def come back and buy another Jeep from them!! Very happy and enjoying the Jeep everyday.... More

I dealt with Zack in Sales, Jake in F&I, and Norm as my Manager. The gentlemen made my trade in and buy process so delightful and the no pressure sales process made my day. Zack was very informative and helped me make my decision from buying a used vehicle to getting me into a new Patriot for a lot less money than I was paying on my previous vehicle. We purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento that was beautiful and had low miles. We got a great price and warranty. Norm Bowlin and Jake Crossette helped to close the deal. Bonneville has the ideal balance of attention but no pressure. I am in the unique position of having been a 9-year customer to their service department with my previous cars. This business has been great to my family and has frequently gone above and beyond what they needed to do. It is the day-to-day customer interactions for inspections, oil changes, car repairs, etc., that builds lasting and loyal relationships with customers--and that is what they do. They treat everyone with respect, fix your car right the first time, and save you money and time. I could write a textbook here, seriously. I would recommend this business to everyone. As far as car dealerships go, it is really one of the best kept secrets in the southern tier of NH. More
