When I walked in t Working with the team at Bonneville & Sons was probably the most satisfying car buying experience I have had in more than 20 years! When I walked in to their showroom, I was amazed. It wasn't the old rooms where the typical "USED Car Salesmen" sat and tried to make you buy a car at a price way above the value. Times have changed. This place was organized and people where professionals. Managers were right there, ready to help. My guy was Rick Goulette. Rick was pleasant, personable, professional. He was striaght and tried to help. Returning from my work in Asia after 3 years, things were difficult resettling and getting credit. If you haven't used the US credit system in a while, you were considered in the "bad credit" category. This was my situation. Once I explained my situation and my position, Rick started his job. It wasn't easy but in the end he got me the credit I needed. He was honest about the car. He told me I would love it once I saw it and drove it. He was right. The vehicle had everything I needed. It was clean and reasonable for the price. I experienced one "user" problem once I picked it up. But after I called in, Rick was unavailable but a manager took charge. I took the vehicle in, and everyone involved came to help, including the manager I spoke with. I didn't remember his name but when he heard my story, he came right out to speak with me. My vehicle was checked and once cleared, Rick himself delivered to my home, some distance from the dealership. This was more than I expected from any dealer. Rick also connected me with one of his business associates from Liberty Mutal. In a few minutes I had my insurance coverage. All other issues were taken care of seamlessly. In one day, I had my vehicle. Too often we forget the support personnel. The lady who took my calls was very helpful in routing me to the right people. When I came in, she promised to look into the matter to make sure things are properly done. When I went in to the service area, the agent who took my information was through and professional. She is at the first window. I would certainly buy from this dealer again and most certainly recommend it to my friends. Above all, I would highly recommend Rick. He does his best for his clients.
