Jeep Buying Experience Been looking for a Jeep for quite a while now and have had some unpleasant experiences with other dealers. Stopped to look at a vehicle at Bonneville Been looking for a Jeep for quite a while now and have had some unpleasant experiences with other dealers. Stopped to look at a vehicle at Bonneville one morning and ran into Louie Trudeau. From the moment I meet Louie I never felt taken advantage of, worked, or forced into a sale. If you want to know how to sell cars and build a customers trust then people should take notes from Louie. I DO NOT say this about anyone/everyone nor would I typically fill out a review but because this salesperson deserves it I am more than willing to go the extra mile. Louie had the ability to listen, understand my budget, and identify the key features I was looking for without trying to sell me anything but what I desired. A vehicle just so happened to be on the lot after spending months trying to find a needle in a haystack. I feared the numbers portion as we started to discuss the buying process and expected management to be pushy but was pleasantly surprised. Yes dealerships do need to make a profit and if you try to approach a car buying experience with the concept of driving off in your dream car with the dealer giving it away it's not going to happen. However, you can hope for a GOOD DEAL and not only did Louie (salesperson) work on customers behalf but management did to and they truly do want to take care of customers!!!! I will conclude with saying that Bonneville gets it's rating from somewhere and are a TRUE reflection of their service. I WILL ONLY BE BUYING VEHICLES FROM BONNEVILLE FROM HERE ON OUT AND RECOMMEND YOU STOPPING BY FOR A GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. The Way A Car Dealership Should Be!! I came in to Bonneville as they were closing for the night, Ron Nowe, who was literally locking the doors as we arrived opened the doors and welcomed I came in to Bonneville as they were closing for the night, Ron Nowe, who was literally locking the doors as we arrived opened the doors and welcomed us in. Since it was closing time for Bonneville, I said we would come back, Ron politely said, we still have customers here, so we will remain open for you. I explained what I was looking for, he sat down with us, introduced us to Norm Bowlin. Ron then showed us a couple of options for trucks. While showing the trucks to us, Norm worked some numbers, unbeknownst to us. We came back in, he gave us the numbers with Ron, we were instantly pleased with the numbers, the deal, everything. Only thing to do was to sit with a salesman. I was able to come back on Tuesday morning, and we sat down with Michael Raymond, who worked the deal and set a lot in motion for us to get what I wanted in a deal I was pleased with. Phenomenal Car Dealer, and everyone we met truly made this experience worthy of high recommendations. Thank you.. More
