Everyone that I have met on the Service team to date is extremely curious, accommodating and professional. They are attentive, listen carefully and strive to get the job done right the first time. I often have the pleasure of having Tom Fale as my service advisor and he always makes me feel important and like I am a top priority even though I am one of who knows how many customers flowing through the service department on any given day. I am such an anal "#1*@*!" when it come to my truck :) and Tom and the entire team makes sure that every i is dotted and every t is crossed for me. He let us take a nice a long test drive so we could put the car through different scenarios and really get a feel for it. He went above and beyond to help us and got us into a beautiful 2015 Chrysler 200 when I went in expecting to get another used car. I would recommend anyone go in and request Tom to help you. He answered all of our questions and did a lot of work over the phone since we have a young child. When we finally purchased our new truck he made it simple and fast, as did everyone at the dealership.
