Great buying experience! I went on line to look at the jeep Cherokee. I filled out the box for 3 dealers to call me back. Vedran karahusic called me promptly. He answered all my questions and invited me in to take look. He was very thorough without being to pushy. By asking me what my likes and needs were he showed me the jeep Cherokee limited. It was perfect. We asked Vedran to show a couple different vehicles but we returned to the 1st vehicle he showed. He then introduced us to the sales manager Mike Fortier. He said he was there to help us get the right vehicle at the right price. And that's what he did. To finish the transaction Vedran introduced us the the finance manager Rob Hemmond. He was able to get us the rate we were looking for. We added a warranty that worked for us and we were done. Service has been great so far. It was nice to be treated like a person and not a number.
