worst experience - sent my daughter away crying I sent my daughter there to get information about the brand new Jeep Renegade this past Saturday May 16th. The salesman asked her a few questions and I sent my daughter there to get information about the brand new Jeep Renegade this past Saturday May 16th. The salesman asked her a few questions and then told her "she was wasting his time on the busiest day of the week", "I've got a family to feed" she was shocked to be told this within minutes of being in the dealership! Apparently he communicated this to the sales manager, Ron, so he would not lose his 'up'. This is a xxx? Why should any potential customer be told either one of those statements...wait it gets better.. She called me from her car in tears, told me the story, I made her go inside - ask for the sales manager again, put him on the phone. I introduced myself as the actual buyer of the car and asked if he knew of what just took place? He took ownership, telling me that" his guys have families to feed and on the busiest day...blah,blah, blah" Now I understand where the salesman takes his queues from! I was prepared to buy my daughter a car, cash, but this knucklehead continues to stand his ground, and repeat the story. I stopped him. He then apologized and assigned a salesman to her but the damage was done. 40 years of buying cars - and this is a new twist. Belittle the customer, look for sympathy for our poor salesmen who have families to feed, and scare a customer off in tears. Nice job Bonneville!! More

Honestly, I wish there were a sixth star to give... they deserve it! Everybody I talked to was just great -- welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was a difficult customer -- I visited the dealership three times -- and despite all the questions I had, and all the thinking/research that I wanted to do (I'm one of those people), I never felt any pressure from them whatsoever. Dany made me feel like the ONLY thing that mattered was that I found the right vehicle, on my own schedule. I felt like he was genuinely more concerned about my long-term happiness than whether he made any money... and this was a nice change from some other dealerships I went to, where they acted like I was an inconvenience for not wanting to buy on my first visit. After researching and driving everything in the class, I liked the RAM 1500 the most. No doubt Ford and Chevy and Toyota make great trucks, too, but overall I think that the RAM 1500 is the best all-around truck available on the market today. So when I felt like I had the right vehicle and the right dealership, then it was just a matter of price. From doing some homework online, I knew what I thought was fair, and we quickly arrived at a price that I was thrilled with. I might have been able to save $100 by threatening to walk out or playing other games with them, but I know dealerships have to make a little money to keep the lights on, and salespeople have to put food on their tables at home. That's how the world works. I got a great price and an easy, no-nonsense deal with good people I trust. (And they've been just as helpful after the sale, too.) I would recommend Dany Elnar and the Bonneville & Son team to everyone without any hesitation. More

Excellent Sales Experience I am just finishing up the purchase of a Certified pre-owned vehicle from Bonneville and Son. I started with an internet request which was quickly ans I am just finishing up the purchase of a Certified pre-owned vehicle from Bonneville and Son. I started with an internet request which was quickly answered by Vedran who assisted with answering all my questions and concerns. We scheduled a meet to test drive the car and again Vedran was helpful with pointing out the highlights of the vehicle without being pushy for a sale. During the process I met with the sales manager who was also very helpful and again to my surprise not pushy. We eventually agreed on a price which I am very happy with. What was nice about this was there was no pressure or tactics to get me to sign before I was ready and satisfied with the price. Bottom line, I will do business at Bonneville and Son again and recommend not only the company but look up Vedran, he will help you get a great deal. 2014 Dodge Charger... Nice ride More
