The process from there on out was smooth and pleasurable. Vedran was knowledgeable about all the choices, and encouraged me to drive different models to really be sure about my choice. We ended up with the Patriot that I originally had my eye on, and from the moment I saw it online until making my decision, Vedran kept the car ready for me and facilitated all of the necessary steps. Vedran made the process easy and matter of fact, and honestly...fun! He truly loves what he does and is good at it, and it shows. For me, I like that I started the process virtually, and that the process itself was just as streamlined for people like me, who like efficiency and research is important. When I originally went into the dealership I was looking for a new truck, But Rick looked into what I could afford especially with a family on the way,and reassured me to get a jeep compass. This vehicle was within my budget and would eventually get me to where I wanted to be, With a new Ram truck. He went above and beyond to make me satisfied. I ended up getting a newer vehicle than what I was looking at and was definitely more my style. Now instead of a used 2014 jeep compass I got into a brand new 2015 Jeep compass.
