We were met right when we walked in by sales rep Rick Goulette who, from the get go, listened to us as to what we were looking for and in what price range. Never once did we feel pressured nor did he try to sell us something that we weren't comfortable with. His main goal was truly to make us happy - and we are!!! After being patient with us for hours, we wanted to go home, do a little more research. We came back the next day and after adjusting a few numbers with Norm Bowlin who was wonderful to work with as well, we had a deal !!
