Dishonest, bait and switch I've had 2 interactions with this dealership . Once to look at a car, once for service...both times they lied over the phone to get me into the deale I've had 2 interactions with this dealership . Once to look at a car, once for service...both times they lied over the phone to get me into the dealership then made excuses when I got there. Their friends, family and employees must spend a lot of time on this site writing fake reviews. Everyone I have spoken to has had the same experience.... You get one story over the phone.....then a different story and excuses when you get to the dealership;..bait and switch scammers...the oldest game in the book.. I wouldn't go back there for a free car. More

Terrible workmanship! I am so utterly disgusted with the service (or lack of) that Bonneville provides. I have had nothing but problems whenever my car has to be in for an I am so utterly disgusted with the service (or lack of) that Bonneville provides. I have had nothing but problems whenever my car has to be in for any type of routine service. Just for a few expamples: at an oil change appt, they put it up on a rack and dented the underside of my car and tried to say it was like that when I brought it in. They left the windows open overnight when it rained! They performed several hundred dollars’ worth of work on my car without authorization or discussion. The latest is they screwed the valve plug in too hard when changing the oil and stripped the threading causing the need to have the oil pan replaced. I was having the service done elsewhere and I was told this. They could not put any oil in the car therefore it was not drivable. It had to be towed to Bonneville and they supplied me with a rental (which my warranty covers). Unfortunately, this took place on a Thursday afternoon and I could not get a rental in time so I had to go into the airport to get it. My car was towed to Bonneville on Friday morning. I called at 5:45 on Friday July 1st for a status update only to be told they had to order a part and it would not be in until Tuesday. This was the first and only contact that entire day and it was on my initiation. I spoke with a manager who apologized but the apology fell short because the action spoke much louder. This was a holiday weekend and caused a very big problem with my plans I had with my kids and I needed my bike rack on my car for the plans we had. Tuesday morning the service dept calls to tell me I can pick it up anytime because it's ready as if everything is perfectly fine. I will only deal with Tom Fale in the service dept as he is the only person who has been understanding, compassionate, and helpful. The service dept does not deserve to have such a hard working and amazing employee as Tom. I am totally disgusted and disappointed in my every experience with Bonneville and I have grown to dislike my Dodge and I'm terrified that something terrible will happen while I am driving it because the people working on my car are clearly clueless. There is a serious problem when I call the service dept and Tom answers the phone with "Hi Catherine", because he recognizes my number! I cannot stress how wonderful Tom is. He is the ONLY reason I have not escalated matters but it has come to this point. More

He is the only person I will deal with and honestly, he is the main reason I still have my vehicle. I have considered trading it in and then Tom comes to my rescue and either helps figure out the problem or solves the problem. I have had the most random issues occur with this vehicle and Tom has worked with me to help resolve all concerns I have had. He is the epitome of customer service! More
Service beyond expectation This dealership continues to outperform and deliver beyond expectations. It is simply so overwhelming that I am compelled to make this known. A few weeks ago, I bought a van from this dealership. The van as beautiful and measuring by value for money, a great deal. A few days ago, the vehicle wouldn't start. These things do happen with cars and the dealership cannot be blamed. But this happened in the evening when the dealership was technically closed. I called Rick, my salesperson. Rick was enjoying his evening until I called. I explained my problem. Immediately Rick took things under his control. He arranged for a tow truck and a rental car for me. He met me at the dealership later in the evening when I arrived and made sure I had transportation back home. Both Service and Sales got involved to make sure I was taken care of and treated fairly. Tom worked with Rick and his manager. Together, they decided it was fair to take care of the costs of fixing the vehicle. Further, Tom asked again if I had transportation and if it was adequate. I was surprised because I had an incoming party and the vehicle I had would not have been adequate. Tom went off to get me a mini-van and called me back to let me know he had one that could be picked up the same evening. This level of service quality, empathy for the customer, fairness, consideration and relationship management is unknown in many businesses and certainly unheard of in the automotive sales industry. This is not the first time the employees of this dealership have outdone themselves and surpassed expectations. I consider this dealership as a model for the rest of the industry. Employees like Tom and Rick and their respective managers have demonstrated that they understand that customer service beyond expectations is the key to sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. Without a shadow of a doubt, this works to the mutual advantage of the customer and the business! I highly recommend this dealership and most certainly would call on Rick when I am ready for another vehicle. Unquestionably I will take my vehicle for my service needs even though it is some distance from my home. Tony Sanichara More
