Stopped by on Monday found a truck we wanted. Took them til Wednesday to certify vehicle. They text me it was clean and ready Wednesday night at 5:30pm. Couldn’t come that night to get it because our son h til Wednesday to certify vehicle. They text me it was clean and ready Wednesday night at 5:30pm. Couldn’t come that night to get it because our son had karate and we were preparing for Thanksgiving. Went Friday at 3pm, we had an appointment at 4 so we had got there early. Which they said was ok. Went for a test drive the vehicle was dirty, there was dog hair all over. It was disgusting. Was a bad experience, they did detail it while we waited … we were there for 4 hours and I still had to clean it the next day. More
