They didn’t explain what they were doing to the car, they ask me what I wanted to get done to the car, the person appear to be in such a hurry that when I try explaining a problem he was desperate for me to ask me what I wanted to get done to the car, the person appear to be in such a hurry that when I try explaining a problem he was desperate for me to go away, and also they didn’t even offer me to wash the car, even when I saw they were washing two cars ahead of me, I’m so disappointed in this experience, they are supposed to be more welcoming and more helpful and seriously not even to wash my car that’s so not okay. is GMC I had other make of cars and in all of them the service is always great.
