I called on Frid I had such a wonderful experience at Bourne’s Auto Center, I honestly will recommend this place to everyone I know looking for a car. I called on Friday night and spoke with Kris who was lovely, he made an appt for me promptly the next morning at 9 and I was fortunate enough to be warmly greeted by him when I arrived. He arranged for the car I wanted to look at first to be ready for my arrival, which was awesome. I worked with Emmett in sales literally all day, I left at 4. He was kind, welcoming and really listened to my wants and must haves and was super attentive. I test drove several cars before making my final decision to buy a plush Lincoln MKS, all the while his kind and professional colleague Trey was also tending to my needs and together they all made the experience smooth and easy with no pressure applied. I worked with Dave in the finance Dept and he was super sweet, also kind and gentle and thoroughly explained everything to me as he went over my options. I picked my car up today, Monday and it was so easy because they also have a registry on site. Such an amazing experience, so excited for this Christmas present to myself, these guys are top notch and I highly recommend Bourne’s Auto Sales!!!! More

Even while juggling multiple customers he still found a way to always be present and keep things moving forward. The prices might not be the lowest but they are fair/competitive and paired with the high level of customer service i would patronize again. More
