Capable of doing better Went in to take a look at a vehicle. They were quick to bring it out front for me to test drive. I came back from the test drive and immediately went Went in to take a look at a vehicle. They were quick to bring it out front for me to test drive. I came back from the test drive and immediately went to work with the salesmen on numbers. Got to a number im ok with and about 30 minutes later i was in the finance office signing paper work. It wasnt until after that that things got a bit frustrating. I was told at one point they would drop the car off on a Tuesday (i live in NH.) Tuesday came around no call. Called them, said they were too busy to drop it off, theyll drop it off later on in the week. I calles them Thursday and asked what day they would drop it off, said Friday and that the people in there registration office would call me. No call. Called Friday and told them my town hall was closed. They called later on that day saying they wanted to drop it off, told them again my town hall was closed. Their response was they had no idea how my name made it to the board of vehicles to be dropped off on Friday, wanted me to come down on Saturday to pick it up with a temp plate. Went down on Saturday, vehicle was never detailed. The outside was dirty, the inside still had the same stains on the headliner that i noticed on the test drive. I could see dirt swirled on the paint and windows. Very unhappy with there reconditioning people. Salesmen excuse was they had to move it alot. Could of done a re-clean on vehicle before me showing up. More

I went to more than ten dealerships, but I bought the Honda Accord 2018 Sport White at the Bourne's Auto Center with a sales dealer, Greg Cummings👍. I went to more than ten dealerships, but Greg is definitely the best outstanding guy that I've ever met. This shop doesn't put any pressure on you, and they don't even ride together to do the test drive. So, I looked around each car more than 2 hours without any pressure compared to other dealerships. Also, even though I changed my mind buying the vehicle to another vehicle several times, Greg always helped me out to get the best vehicle for me. This is very important because you will see a lot of impatient and impolite dealers, but my guy, Greg, was the nicest dealer I've ever met 👍. The best part of this auto center is all vehicles are really clean and maintained really well!👍👍 I was really surprised to be honest! Also, all the vehicles I looked for had no accident and no damage history which really help your car's depreciation a lot. Moreover, even if you find out minor problems in the car, they will fix it for you without charging anything! Plus, with comparing to the KBB website, the price at Bourne's Auto Center beats the price at KBB! Overall, I am really satisfied with my vehicle, my dealer, and my dealership (Bourne's Auto Center). I will strongly recommend this place to my friends, and I will visit this place again if I get a used car in future.
