I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and My first experience with Bourne’s Auto Center Dealership. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there. When I came to check out the car for a second time with Mario said, "I’m glad you came back and I’m willing to help with you whatever you need." I can't say enough about Mario as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No pressure, slick sales gimmicks, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. Also, made sure I had an SD chip chip for my beautiful 2016 Mercedes Benz CLA 250, I ended up purchasing I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Friendly professional salesmanship I had been looking for a new truck for a few weeks. I couldn’t really find what I wanted and that was in my range as far as monthly payments. I have bought from Bourne’s twice before this, and don’t know why I didn’t just start here. All the vehicles are clean right from the start and I didn’t have sales people running after me to try and make a sale. They simply asked that if I had questions they were here to help. The sales man I started to talk to was Greg Cummings, he’s a very nice guy that let me test drive countless trucks He didn’t pressure me into sitting down and going over the numbers or “holding my keys” from me like other dealerships have done in the past, to try and make a deal. He simply told me how it was. I don’t the truck I wanted and when the deal was done Greg was very helpful with taking care of the little things on the truck that I had asked to be taken care of. With no hesitation he got it done. The entire Bourne’s sales staff managers and financial managers welcomed everyone with a smile and were always asking if you needed something. Best place to buy a car! I was a bit nervous about buying a car. I usually hate the atmosphere and the pressure.
