Great experience with Lucas! I got hit by a deer about two weeks ago, the same day I was flying out for vacation so the accident made me even more stressed about my trip since I k I got hit by a deer about two weeks ago, the same day I was flying out for vacation so the accident made me even more stressed about my trip since I knew I had to deal with the car after I got back. I called my insurance company and was so happy to hear that they partner with Bourne's. I purchased my car from Bourne's 3 years ago this month and I get all my service done at Bourne's! I love coming to Bourne's, the customer service is remarkable! When I called Bourne's to inform them of the accident I spoke to Lucas, and he took care of everything for me, and even set up my car rental so that when I got back from vacation and went to drop off my car I would have a rental car ready and available for me. My car was done pretty earlier compared to when they estimated it would be completed. I happened to be at work when Lucas called me and said that the car was all set and that I could pick it up by 4pm. Now that was a Saturday and to be honest I dislike having rental cars for a long period of time. I knew I was going to be late and make it after 4pm so I called Lucas back to see if he could wait around and he said yes. I ended up getting to the shop a little after 4pm, but I was so grateful for Lucas staying. I didn't have time Monday to come pick up the car so I'm so happy he took time to stick around for me on Saturday. He was very helpful and wasn't rushing me even though I was late. Definitely recommend working with Lucas if you need collision work done on your car! More

Awesome & Easy Experience When we were in the market for a new car we immediately thought of Bourne's Auto because of their generous donation to the Easton Lion's Club Auction. When we were in the market for a new car we immediately thought of Bourne's Auto because of their generous donation to the Easton Lion's Club Auction. I wasn't expecting the process to be so easy and stress-free but we were lucky to have David Pair as our salesman and we really felt like he went above and beyond. He was patient with us while we test-drove multiple vehicles and was accommodating throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend asking for David when purchasing a vehicle from Bourne's. He was the best and not pushy whatsoever. Highly recommend! More
