I called ahead and Greg had the pickup waiting for me. I arrived at 1pm, traded in my vehicle, and left the parking lot with the truck at 4pm where it had already been through service. In three hours, I got to test drive the truck, speak with members of the service center about the truck, sat down with Carlos walking out with the financial/warranty package I wanted, and drove away in my new truck CONFIDENT in my purchase. I cannot stress the experience of the staff which leads to absolute convenience to the customer. More
