Jose was very informative in answering my questions and providing me options in my vehicle search. We found the perfect vehicle for me, and Jose was fair in working the deal with the upmost integrity and professionalism. I next met with Carlos Machado in Finance. Carlos provided me "no stress" Finance options, and thoroughly explained extended protection programs as well. Carlos in no way persuaded me into anything unwanted, however he was well versed and a true professional in presenting options to me that made sense. When stopping by I had 4 cars in mind to drive with no intent to purchase that day. Well after driving and having an acceptable trade in price what were we waiting for but to drive home in a beautiful vehicle.The vehicle was for my wife and she couldn’t be happier.The vehicle was at a great price with absolutly no pressure and I mean “no pressure” , compared to other dealers.I dealt with salesperson Jose whom I highly recommend and will puchase again with him in the future . He was honest and accomodating . We decided to purchase and completed the deal which was by the way very easy and seamless. I also have to add the detailer Jose turned our beautiful car into an absolutely band new looking vehicle.My wife couldn’t have been more pleased!The financing aspect with Sean was easy and seamless , he was able to obtain the payment that we desired .I purchased a Vehicle here for my wife 10 years ago , the vehicle was still driving and very reliable .She had encountered a bad accident in which the vehicle was considered totalled . I had researched the Internet as well as dealerships to replace her vehicle and it all brought me back to Bournes .Purchasing a vehicle at Bournes gives the customer a big advantage in owning a newer vehicle that is dependable ,clean and in like new condition without the “brand new “ sticker shock.I cannot stress on how easy it was for this big decision most of us make from salesperson to financier to detailing! A stressfree experience Never have I ever gone to any other dealership and had such a stressfree experience buying a car. The prices of the cars aren’t just competitive but t Never have I ever gone to any other dealership and had such a stressfree experience buying a car. The prices of the cars aren’t just competitive but they are literally thousands lower than at other dealerships for the same type of cars. Don’t be fooled by the size of the lot they have a wide variety of vehicles to pick from as they have a large lot just down the street where they store them. There is no pressure from them when it comes to buying it. You pick the car that you’re interested in and they give you the keys to take it for a test ride. There’s no haggling back and forth on a price. This was our first time buying at this dealership but it won’t be our last. We’ll be back in 7 months with my daughter to buy her a car.
