I received an email with a hassle free price prior to arriving and test driving. Once I test drove the vehicle, I knew I wanted to purchase it. I worked with David Pair through the process and felt no pressure to purchase. With other dealerships I've worked with in the past, they tell you one thing via email and once you arrive the price changes and there's no way they can offer you that price. This was not the case at all with Bourne's. It reminded me a bit of CarMax with the hassle free pricing. I was also surprised by the massive size of this dealership and the amount of inventory to choose from. From this point forward I will never go to another dealership. I wish I knew about this place during my last car buying experience. More
