Pleasant, easy experience! I went in to look at 4 cars I had seen online. After test driving, I placed a refundable deposit on 2 of the cars while I took a day to make my decis I went in to look at 4 cars I had seen online. I felt like it was a no-brainer to leave the deposits since I would be refunded if I decided to not go with either car. Jose was very nice to work with - no pressure, made me feel comfortable about the process. I decided to purchase one of the cars and went back a day and a half later to finalize the purchase.
