From the receptionist, to Jose Garcia our sales person, to Dave Olson our Finance manager and Kim Bailey when we picked up the truck. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The price of the Truck was extremely fair and the "No Hassle" way of business is something I appreciate after doing research on the 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck, which had more options installed than what I was originally looking at at the other dealer. I ended up buying from Bourne's Auto Center with great satisfaction to the experience and price. More

My sales experience overall was good, I worked with Kenny Long. This was exactly the vehicle that I was looking for, after going to at least 10 dealerships, and dealing with at least 10 salespersons. And in the end, I think I got a very good price on this vehicle. The only two things that were not good for me were: 1. During the payment process, I had already been preapproved for a loan through USAA. Because my credit was not good, my APR was considerably hi. Mr. Long suggested that I try to go through one of the dealership financers. At the time, I had a representative from USAA on the telephone, and asked her what she thought about that idea. She suggested that there may be additional fees, and this would cause another couple, five or six hard inquiries on my credit report. I ran this by Kenny, he assured me that there would be no additional fees, and that there would only be one hard inquiry on my credit report. The next day when I checked my credit profile, there were four more hard inquiries on my credit report, and I was not eligible for any financing with better APR rates. This was kind of disappointing, as it could have been avoided if Kenny would just follow the advice of the USAA representative. 2. Upon pulling out of the dealership for the last time with my new car, I noticed that there was not a full tank of gas in the car. There was only 5/8 of a tank. Come on guys, this is the last and final impression the buyer gets of the dealership as he pulls out of the parking lot. This is such an inexpensive and simple courtesy, yet it means so much to the buyer, and it impacts the dealership substantially one way or the other. I don't know if this is standard practice for the dealership, but you may want to consider making this a priority, and/or changing the policy, as this may have been the only factor contributing to my giving the dealership a five star rating, as opposed to four. Not Your Typical Dealership From start to finish, Bourne’s, Kenny Long (sales), and Dave Olson (Finance) was the best car sales experience I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a From start to finish, Bourne’s, Kenny Long (sales), and Dave Olson (Finance) was the best car sales experience I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a used car, I can’t stress enough to give Bourne’s a chance. I recently bought a 2014 Sierra from Kenny at Bourne’s Auto Sales. I had been searching for this year/make/model/trim package that was within my budget for well over 6 months. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they were unlike any other dealership I had dealt with before. When I came in, Kenny was working with someone else so one of the other sales people got the truck set up so I could take it out ALONE (I was shocked that no one came with me on the test drive to point everything out). They are a “no haggle” dealership and I think their prices reflect that. I’ve dealt with other “no haggle” dealerships in the past and it was nothing more than marketing because I was still able to negotiate a lower price. The price at Bourne’s was thousands less than any other dealership (which was still less than a haggled price at another dealership). I thought that I would get screwed on my trade to make up for the great price on the truck. I was wrong there too. They offered me more money on my trade than any other dealership. Working with Kenny was great. He was not your typical sales person. He was less “sales” and more guiding me through the process of getting the truck. I never felt any pressure tactics from him at all. He simply laid out all the information I needed and answered any questions I had. At other dealers, I’ve even felt pressure tactics from the finance people who wanted to pressure me into a bunch of useless add ons. Again, Dave was super professional and showed me the different warranties available (which are also spelled out online so nothing is hidden). There was no pressure. If I wanted it, it was there. If I didn’t, I could pass on it. I found the right truck for the right price at the right dealership so my decision to buy was a no brainer. All in all, I can’t speak highly enough about Bourne’s and everyone that works there (especially Kenny and Dave). More

Once I selected a vehicle she kept me updated on my financing status & pick up day/time. She had me in/out in 30 minutes when I picked up my new Jeep. I'd Highly recommend them & go back again! More
