Great Buying experience I chose this dealership because it had several different makes and models of a minivan which I wanted to buy. I wanted to see different ones without I chose this dealership because it had several different makes and models of a minivan which I wanted to buy. I wanted to see different ones without driving to several different dealerships. My wife and I were a able to look at vehicles in the parking lot without being bothered. When we decided we wanted someone to show us the inside we went in and ran into our sales person Tanya. All in all we looked at a few different vehicles and test drove two. We selected the vehicle we wanted to buy and was there for a total of 3 1/2 hours. All the people there were friendly to include the sales person who let my daughter play on her computer. I would definitely buy from these people again and recommend The dealership to anyone looking to buy a used car. It is a very large dealership with plenty of vehicles to look at. More

Excellent customer service I bought a Pathfinder from bournes in 2012 and paid cash thinking I would have no worries and no car debt for several years. However, the car had all sorts of engine problems; I was getting really frustrated for that car was a money pit. I thought I would never go back again for another car; however due to the care, concerns and great customer service that I received from Paul Sandler, I was convinced to give Bournes another chance. Paul and Michael Clark in service convinced me to trust and buy from bournes again. I discovered from several online forums that there were many issues with Nissan itself. The gentlemen at Bournes were very patient and compationate and showed that they related and were equally frustrated as I was. After several attempts to get the car fixed I gave up and traded the car for a Toyota Camery instead. Shawn Saunders and Seng Pell were very professional and helped me with my new purchase. I am so pleased with my new car that I will definetely recommend Bournes to anyone looking for a great dealer with no haggle pricing. More

Our sales associate, Tanya Marsden, was knowledgeable about the cars available and really listened to us when we discussed what we were looking for. I thought I wanted another minivan and my husband wanted me to look at an SUV, i drove both and ended up with a Dodge Journey. I love my new car - it turns out it is the perfect fit for my needs and Tanya seemed to understand that. This was a great car buying experience. From the very first time I stepped foot in there we were greated by our first names by the same employee ( Alyssa Dowgos ) . I must say she was very patient with us ( as in regards to me and my husband not being able to come to an agreement, she took into consideration what we were both looking for ...
