From Start to Finish my experience at Bourne's was delightful! I would highly recomend this dealership to all of my family and friends. Extremely Friendly enviroment and 100% professional. Chris Oniell was by far the nicest manager of any car dealership i have ever met (Especially because I work near the auto mile) While dealing with Chris I actually ENJOYED purchasing this vehicle! One of my initial concerns about Bournes, opposed to the "bigger Dealerships" was the service aspect. That could not be further than the truth. There service is out of this world. Chris, knowing my concerns walked me back and introduced me to there techs. THIS PLACE IS HUGE!!! Forget those sleezy dealerships on the auto mile, stop by Bournes and ask for Chris! We were greeted by a professional representative at Bourne who made us feel very comfortable with the process of the sale. David was very respectful of our requests and patient with my wifes request for time to have a private discussion regarding the figures of the sale. We first saw the vehicle on autotrader.com and thought it also was represented exactly as it was. Mike was just so friendly to me. From the moment I walked in the front door he was attentive to my all of my needs. I gave Mike parameters of what I was looking for, i.e. type of vehicle, color, gas walked in the front door he was attentive to my all of my needs. He was very sensitive to what I was looking for and BOY did he deliver in the end. The service and attention I recieved was not what one would typically expect from a "used" car dealer. He gave me the "red" carpet treatment just because I was in his dealership. I was sitting in the waiting room one day and was talking to a group of people who all had similiar experiences. It is good to know that genuine people still exist in such a sometimes fraudulent world. I just want to thank Mike and the whole staff at Bourne's for letting me become part of your family ! I am a college student and I was in the market for a used car and found a great deal at Bourne's. The test drive was good since you don't need the salesperson with you when you drive around. David was a great person to work with, he was knowledgable and wasn't pushy by any means. The buying process was very easy since there was no haggle pricing. I felt like I got a great deal. The only problem I have was the service. I had a part that was broken on the interior of my car and the first time I brought it in it took them an hour to just look at my car and tell me they had to order the part. I was told that I would receive a call from them when it arrived but never did. The service department also took a long time to fix it. Overall, I would still recommend that dealer but not the service. More
