There was an issue and complications with the first car that I looked to putvhase. The staff at Bourne's was excellent, and did all they could to make sure I was in an auto that I was happy driving off wit that I looked to putvhase. The staff at Bourne's was excellent, and did all they could to make sure I was in an auto that I was happy driving off with. Not every dealership would be as open and accommodating throughout the process. In the end, they made it all right. That is what customer service should be all about. More
