We found out Friday morning that we could not use our after market trailer break controller in our new truck and needed one installed by a dealership that day. We called around all over the state of NH and no one could fit us in before the holiday weekend until we went to see Mike at Bournival. He told us to buy the module from one of the other dealerships that had it in stock and he would install it that day. He saved our holiday camping trip! I was quite unprepared to wait in a dealership with my toddler, but Bournival's waiting area has a children's area, free water, and popcorn. My daughter was also told by one of the service people that she could play in the inflatable pool and play with any of the decorations they had out. This made waiting a lot easier with a busy toddler. Thank you Bournival. You guys rock! More

After the sale he sat in the car with us explaining all the technology - and the Jeep Grand Cherokee has a lot! - to be sure we felt comfortable driving off the lot. Showed us the Service Center and explained their hours in accommodating customers' needs (M-Sa). Offered his services if we had any questions on programming the car to exactly how we wanted it and he made us truly feel like the offer was not "just a sales pitch." Every dealership and private seller said they a Jeep in perfect condition, when I would arrive the perfect car was a junker so many miles so many lies. When I spoke to Phil he said the same thing , so i was a bit skeptical, when I arrived I found a 2004 Jeep Liberty that was in show room condition, I immediately bought it and my daughter loves it. It was a highly desired used vehicle, and they could've sold it to someone who was a lot easier to deal with. I was a state away and didn't have my plates yet. The owner picked me up, and then they had a driver follow me home with dealer plates 60 miles away so I could keep the car until my plates came in. Awesome... and they have massage chairs. Really nice massage chairs. Everyone is friendly, honest, so much better than my local Jeep dealer. Jeremy was helpful from start to finish and had a solution for every hiccup we ran into. Even though it's another state away I'm coming back for all my service needs, and to sit in those massage chairs. I know just from meeting the owner that the service department is going to be honest about any future service I need. More
