Been going to Bowditch for many, many yrs. The service dept is great, always fixed the first time. Nice place to wait for my car, Al always keeps me updated on the progress of my car. Everytime I have gone to Bowditch Ford, I have worked with Al. He is so kind, helpful, personable, and professional. He offered me tire choices and explained each option when I needed to get my tires c with Al. He is so kind, helpful, personable, and professional. He offered me tire choices and explained each option when I needed to get my tires changed. He also kept me updated on the progress while my tires were getting changed.
