From the first Contact they had with me Drew a couple days after the purchase, their professionalism and customer service skills we're beyond anything I've ever dealt with it any dealership. Not only were they out front and honest, we negotiated a fair price on the truck. I could not pick it up until after work on the following day and Tischler stuck around just to meet with me. They showed me the truck before I went in with Blake Teears for my financing. He had everything ready for me and walked me through it piece by piece explaining everything. Afterwards John took the time to go through the truck with me, set it up and show me all of the options and features. This was my first ever brand new vehicle purchase. I can't think of a better team to have worked with to make it a very pleasant and memorable experience. While the dealership is about an hour and a half from my home, when I'm ready for a new car I will definitely be going back. Coming from a single female making a first-time purchase these guys were very honorable, honest and just great all around people. I would highly recommend this team and this dealership to anyone. More
Sugar-coated Transaction w/ No Customer Support I drove 600 miles one-way to purchase a vehicle from Bozard. Ryan Davis was my salesman. He was easy to talk to in person. He didn't have to work to sell the car as I was set on the vehicle that I wanted. I showed up and made my purchase (Saturday). Unknowingly, the driver front window did not operate. I have never rolled the windows down on a test drive and the vehicle was a 2017 - who'd think it had any electrical issues, not me. I found this out a couple of hours later as I was driving home. I got home on Sunday and on Monday I turned the vehicle over to a Dodge dealer to repair the vehicle. I got the car back Tues and now that I was driving in the city, I noticed it had some misfire at idle after driving for more than 15+ minutes and getting the vehicle to operating temps. I immediately took it back to the dealer on Wednesday for ignition issues and we pulled the coil covers off and there were not 1, but 2 rat/rodent nests (1 on each side) and my electrical harness going to a driver side fuel injector had been eaten to the point wires were broken completely in two. I tried having everything handled through Dodge before I bothered Bozard. When that failed, I tried using my worthless Ford "premium" warranty that James wouldn't take no for an answer for. While trying to sell me the warranty, he kept saying that you never know nowadays that these vehicles can have electrical problems and you may never find the issue. RED FLAG - I personally believe that Bozard was aware of the window and the harness issue based on the fact that it was repeated to me time and time again that these vehicles can have "random" electrical issues. I figured sure, why not? $5 more a month won't hurt. I purchased the warranty to get through the sales pitch so I could resume my 9+ hour drive back. So, now that Dodge denied the claim, I started a claim with the Ford warranty and that was a complete joke and was denied as well. So I now have it documented that within the second day and third day of ownership that the vehicle has multiple issues that wasn't spoken to on the day of the purchase. Now that both the manufacturer warranty and Ford "warranty" have been denied, I reached out to Bozard to get a "you didn't tell us immediately so we aren't doing anything for you" type response for Ryan. His true colors finally came out and I now realized that the person I dealt with was not genuine, but was fake and sugar-coated the entire transaction. I figured going the the Dodge and Ford warranty claims first would have been appreciated as I was trying to keep from bothering them. Instead, I was mocked and it was thrown back in my face. The window was replaced under Dodge's manufacturer warranty but now I have a $1000 estimate to replace a harness that a rodent had eaten through before my acquisition of the vehicle. I do not recommend this dealer. More

Our salesman, Patrick R. was honest and very knowledgeable answering each question we posed in regards to the truck. We live almost two hours away and most the deal was negotiated via telephone. Upon our arrival, Patrick had the bulk of the required paperwork completed! Rick G. in the finance department went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best interest rate. We came to the dealership with a draft from our credit union. Rick was able to not only match their interest rate, but found us a lower one! I was truly dreading the process of purchasing another vehicle because it usually takes all day involving back and forth negotiations. Bozard has streamlined the process making it customer friendly and as a result will be repeat customers. More

He answered all questions we had and even pointed out some features we weren't aware of. No pressure though. We would have felt comfortable just walking away after having made a new friend. However, we did purchase the vehicle we came in for. The new car orientation was conducted by Lincoln Concierge Manager Tanya Tomanek. Another outstanding experience! The electronics and safety features far exceeded that on our previous vehicle. Yet Tanya made it all so clear and straight forward...especially the computer system. All in all, it was really a good experience for me and my wife. This is one dealership I will be returning to for our next purchase. More
