Finance manager Rick went through everything easily and thoroughly on the phone with me. Then Jena came to my home to deliver my new Lincoln and take my lease back with her. She also walked me through the new technology! Assisted my with the new Lincoln app set up and synching my phone to my existing account from my trade. Just an outstanding team of people here that truly care! More

I have worked with Alex and Marcia and both of these service advisors provide the best customer service I have ever seen. Greg Brown, the Service Manager at Bozard, treats your car like it is his own car. He goes out of his way to make sure the customers are satisfied beyond their expectations. Greg is caring and takes interest in all customer's concerns. I have worked with many service departments over the past 40 years and Bozard is by far, THE BEST!!!!
