I bought a 2021 Explorer and loved it until it started falling apart. I spent almost $4,000 on it in less than a year. They even delivered my immaculately clean car to my work so I didn’t have to drive and hour and a half to get it. James and Bernie - and even Rick, the financing guy - got me in a car that I love and most importantly, feel comfortable driving my family in. More
