I bought a "new/slightly used" F-150 Platinum with 678 miles on it and traded in my 2014 F-150 Platinum. He was very professional and did an excellent job of answering all of my questions and gave me confidence in buying a vehicle site unseen. He was also very fair and upfront in the negotiations on the purchasing price and for the trade in value on my vehicle. The deal was finalized on line and paperwork was e-signed and with some of the paperwork over-nighted. The day I drove down to trade-in and pick up my new truck I discovered a rear differential noise coming from my rear axle when making turns. This issue was periodic and would occur and then disappear. I reported this to Chris upon my arrival. He had one of their service techs drive my truck and evaluate the situation. When the tech drove it, the noise ceased. Chris consulted with his supervisor and she said to stay with the deal as signed, that the my truck was now the property of Bozard and they would deal with it. I was amazed how accommodating and fair this dealership was. This alleviated all of my anxiety and let me totally enjoy the wonderful feeling of driving off the lot with my new truck.
