He didn’t try to force me into any sale, took the time to answer every single one of my many questions, and came up with multiple options that made sense for me. And let me add, even after the sale was made, weeks later, he still picks up the phone or answers my texts immediately to answer any questions I have. That is what I call top shelf Customer Service.
