I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from Braman BMW. I brought my BMW to your service department expecting professional care and quality service. Instead, my vehic service I received from Braman BMW. I brought my BMW to your service department expecting professional care and quality service. Instead, my vehicle was damaged while it was in your possession. As a customer, it is unacceptable that my car was involved in an accident while under the responsibility of your dealership. What made the situation even more frustrating was the amount of time it took to resolve the issue. My vehicle was kept for more than one month before it was finally returned to me. During that entire period, communication from your staff was poor, inconsistent, and often required me to repeatedly contact the dealership for updates. I felt as though I had to beg for information about my own vehicle. Rather than taking ownership of the situation and keeping me informed, the lack of communication and customer care added unnecessary stress and frustration. A situation like this should have been handled with transparency, urgency, and respect for the customer. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. As a loyal BMW customer, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism. Instead, I was left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and undervalued. The quality of customer service I received did not reflect the reputation that BMW represents. I respectfully request that Braman BMW review this incident and provide an appropriate response to address both the damage to my vehicle and the unacceptable handling of my case. I also hope steps will be taken to improve communication and customer service so that other customers do not experience what I did. More

Maruf is amazing, the best of the best and the reason I go there. Will say one area of improvement is the picking of the car with the valet. It again took 28 minutes to get my car. go there. Service was always trying to upsell me on items i didn't need. For example, $150 rear wiper blades--that I purchased off of amazon for $12.
