The models and makes have changed, but the experience in general had always been...less than enjoyable. In the past, we have been "sold" vehicles that didn't really fit what we were looking for. This weekend at BRAMAN, we learned that buying a car can be both fun and enjoyable. We found the car we wanted through the BRAMAN website. When we came to see the car, we expected the vehicle to have "just been sold". To be offered what ever was the slow mover on the lot. Instead you brought the car we came from Miami to see. You brought out what can only be described as the cleanest and most meticulously prepared pre owned vehicle either of us had ever seen. Our test drive was memorable, lol. You answered all of our questions and helped us confirm our decision, explaining why it was a good time to trade our current vehicle, no matter what car we bought. We felt no pressure to buy, but when we did decide to do so, you quickly and thoroughly moved through the paperwork. With no time wasted, we were soon driving this perfect "pre owned" driving machine home. Neil, thank you for kind assistance. It was certainly well worth the drive as for the buying experience, as much for the car . Expect to see my wife and I back in the future for our next BMW. Nicole was actually the best experience I have had at a dealership. She was energetic and fun she also understood that we were open to lots of information and she fed us with that information well. Inspire of a customer almost running her over in the parking lot as she was backing in a car , she brushed it right off and focused on us she came off the lot and shook my hand right away she made me feel welcomed. I have not felt that at Lexus of delay beach or Infiniti of palm beach I did not consider a BMW my husband loves Beemers but after her persistence and tanasity she made me team BMW. I looked online for a newer low-milage car as I wanted to trade my 2002 M5 in for a 2011 M3. Vanessa Sotomayor contacted me the day before by phone to assure me that the car was still there and that they were looking forward to my visit. Joe Otero took care of us when we arrived, showed us the car, had a test drive, answered all our questions and if he didn't have the answers right away, he made sure to find an answer. He was very professional in all ways! I feel I got a fair deal and will definitely look at Braman Motorcars next time I'm about to upgrade. More

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from Braman Motorcars, after having seen the vehicle on the BMW factory website. Living 4 1/2 hours away, on the west coast of Florida, I negotiated the Braman Motorcars, after having seen the vehicle on the BMW factory website. After agreeing upon a price, I traveled to West Palm Beach to take delivery of the vehicle. Having never dealt with Braman, I was unsure as to what to expect face-to-face with its staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted by client advisor Jamal Al-Safeer, who I found to be most courteous, friendly, and professional. He dealt exclusively with me for the entire time I was at the dealership, taking his time to show me the features of the vehicle, patiently answering my many questions, and joining me in a test drive to assure my full satisfaction with the vehicle. While I was driving home he called me midway to ask how I was enjoying the vehicle. Moreover, since the purchase, he has been very responsive via telephone calls, texts, and e-mails to inquiries I have had upon becoming acclimated to the new vehicle. Needless to say, I was totally satisfied with my delivery experience with Jamal and would refer others to him for a vehicle purchase.
