This was by far the worst experience at a dealer that I've ever had. Kelly, the salesman, was the pushiest, most quintessential salesman I've ever come across. He didn't listen to a word we said, put us in a car we didn't ask to see, pretty much forced us to take a test drive we didn't ask to take, dragged us into the showroom to negotiate to buy this car we didn't want, and would not listen when we told him at least 5 times we didn't want to buy any car today (that we were just looking), let alone the car he put us in. It was unreal. We felt like we were trapped, and we couldn't leave. He was condescending to me as a woman, calling me "sweetheart" and speaking to me like I was disabled...even though I'm a lawyer. He continually bashed Toyotas and other "lowly" cars, even though he saw us drive up in an Avalon. I mean, he made me never ever want to set foot in a BMW dealership ever again. Stay far away from this dealer (they are also overpriced) and far far away from Kelly. More

Mario greeted us as soon as we made eye contact with him. He met us in a courteous and professional manner and continued speaking with us in this fashion for the entirety of our time. Mario showed in-depth product knowledge and was able to answer every question I had. Mario took the time to get to know what I really wanted and recommended the new 2012 528i. Mario showed a willingness to take time and show me how this car would benefit me and how the power/economy ratio was just what would fit me best. I visited many other BMW dealerships and Mario’s patience; exuberance for servicing us, and product knowledge surpassed our expectations and all other dealerships that we had visited. In contrast to Fields BMW in Orlando, Mario immediately showed that he wanted my business and was willing to work with me. Mario treated us with respect and represented the BMW brand with the upmost excellence.
