Joe Perez was a dream to deal with. He realized that my husband wanted the car BUT ultimately it was my decision if we were going to buy the car. This was not a vehicle we needed at the present time. He didn't do the typical guy talking to female talk down attitude. (Which I have to say happened on two different occassions at Braman BMW and Porsche WPB locations. Joes knows the stories.) He realized I was extremely knowledgeable about the product we were looking at and that ultimately the only major hurdle for him to overcome was negotiating the deal. He was great to deal with. The sales manager on the other hand when he spoke to me must have said 4 times do you know what kind of car you are buying. HELLO don't you think I know and negotiation is part of buying a car. He almost had me walking out the door but Joe handled how the sales manager spoke to me by realizing he had to pull me back in to a positive space. I would highly recommend Joe to any future customers because he does the key item any "professional" sales associate should do.....LISTEN!!! Stop telling the customer all the features and find out what the customer knows or would like to know! I hate to say that some consumer training is needed by the male sales associates. They are so used to men buying the car that when a woman does it they think they have to educate the female. They need to realize in this day and age women are sometimes more educated than the men when going in to buy a car. And all of the above Joe is excellent at and that why I will say Joe Perez is an asset to your company. He could teach a few people some tips! More

I take a great deal of pride in my research and negotiation skills. I am one of the few people who actually enjoys buying a car. I can honestly say that this is the first time, maybe to my detrim negotiation skills. I am one of the few people who actually enjoys buying a car. I knew what I wanted to spend and for me to feel like I got a good deal, it didn't matter how much the dealership made. The gentlemen that I worked with were a pleasure to do business with. From the salesman to the manager to the finance manager, all 1st class. The only downside is the a la carte menu of extras that are offered when you go to meet with the finance manager. Come on, it is bmw...throw some of this stuff in! I can see myself purchasing another bmw but the service is what frightens me. From my understanding, by the time these cars get serviced, it costs more than the vehicle itself. Let's see some service coupons!!! Thank you Dave More
