I had shopped at Braman approximately six months ago, at the time I was interested in a fuel-efficient vehicle in a 5 Series. Although I did not purchase at that time, Donna remembered that this was my desire and when the 5 Series hybrid hit your floor she contacted me immediately and I visited the showroom within a few hours. The next day I was driving home a new beautiful BMW 5 Series. If it was not for Donna recalling my profile, I would not have purchased a vehicle. As luck would have it, I didn’t enjoy driving the car. Last Saturday at 8:30 in the morning I texted Donna and let her know that I was unhappy in the car. Within a minute she and I were talking on the phone and she reassured me that my experience with Braman would be a positive one. Within a few hours, I had not only spoken with Donna again but with one of your sales managers. We made an appointment to come back in.
