DONT SIGN IT WITH THAT PRICE! Look at the total amount of loan first, then require them Subtract the TOTAL DOWN PAYMENT. The final difference is the real price you should sign. For instance, if your final out of door price is $20,000. And they want you to sign a loan with $20,000. DONT SIGN IT if you want to pay $3000 down payment, The loan amount you should sign is $17,000. If you sign $20,000 and thinking that's the purchase contract and in the end, they will subtract $3000 for you? If you sign it, you are too gullible like me. They would steal that $3000! They are Crooks! And they will pretend that they have subtracted it to your loan already by increase the total price. Sorry, I burst how you do business. Yes, I lost only $3200, but you lost a loyal customer because of your CROOKED attitude and unapologetic behavior. More
