I went to Brandon Honda to have a new battery installed, I was pleased with the service. What a was infuriated about was when I was checking out. Brandon Honda now charges a 3% fee if you pay with a credit I was pleased with the service. What a was infuriated about was when I was checking out. Such a large corporation and they are making their customers who keep them in business pay the 3% fee that the credit card companies charge the business. SHAME ON THEM! More

I called Feb 5th to set up an appointment for the tailgate harness repair. The said ok for 7am the next morning. Tuesday morning dropped off my truck waited. Then at 0830 the service advisor Mike H t tailgate harness repair. The said ok for 7am the next morning. Tuesday morning dropped off my truck waited. Then at 0830 the service advisor Mike H told me that one of the parts was not in stock. I said....really. You knew I was coming here and did not have the part.
