I had a unique situation with my 2018 Honda Accord Sport. All the inside electronics went out including the back-up camera, audio, and door locks. I spoke with Mike Hudak and he was amazing. All of his information was on point and kept communication with me, including providing me a rental car for the weekend. It wound up being a new software update that Honda just rolled out that was causing glitches nationwide. Brandon Honda is really lucky to have such a great service tech like Mike. More
