Brandon was able to work with me through calls, e-mails and voicemail to get me the price and truck I wanted. A dream come true! I have wanted a Wrangler for 30 years. The last 6 months we got serious about shopping around for one. It was finally time. A friend suggested we try Branhaven after being let down at other dealerships for various reasons. We decided to lease which was new to us. We had a trade in. We showed up to test drive with 2 kids with us. We got there an hour and a half before closing. But, to these professionals, none of it was a problem! The whole family went for a test drive, and they looked at our Grand Cherokee while we were out driving. When we came back we discussed what features we needed, what color we wanted and where we needed to be on price. They met all of our needs and it was a done deal. The next day we went back to pick it up. They had handled transferring the plates, our insurance, the trade in and everything so seamlessly and fast. We are really impressed. They know there stuff, have great inventory and a great group of people working there. It was the easiest vehicle purchase we have dealt with ever and we couldn't be happier with the Wrangler or the service. More

Buying a new vehicle is already stressful enough, nobody needs to feel belittled on top of it. He said he would call me back, and I received one the same day within a half hour to let me know what he could do for me. Since it was in the range I was looking to be in, and having been to two other RAM dealers with no success, I made an appointment to see him and the truck. I thought for sure that things would change once I got to the dealer, but was shocked when what he told me over the phone was exactly the same in person. Being in sales myself, I appreciate it when someone is straightforward and honest with me. In a time where it is almost impossible to get responsiveness and attentiveness in any industry, Mike and Branhaven went above an beyond.
