Consistently good over time I have been bringing our Toyota cars to this dealership for service for more than ten years since we moved to Utah Valley. Whether Parts, Service, Sales or Finance, the quality of service has been consistently good. I am have had at least three assistant service managers who have handled the maintenance needs of our cars with great care and concern--Gail (forgot her last name), John Goodman and now Moe Afu. They truly take care of me, their customer. I purchased my last car through Sheldon Williams and can't say enough positive things about him and that experience. Andy in Finance has been great, as well, have the patience to deal with me in taking care of my concerns. We got to know each other through sharing about our families. Mike is Awesome! Every time I come in with a problem, Mike gets his crew on it fast. Last fall, after I had worked all night as an RN, my tire light was on. He and his crew checked all the tires, and he insisted the also checked the spare tire. The spare was low. I was in and out in a half an hour. This morning I came in with a check engine light after working all night again. Mike and Joel got right on it and fixed it and the checked the tires. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
