good experience but miscommunication my sales guy Anthony was amazing, very nice and helpful but it seemed when we went to the next person Marcy for the financial part is where there was my sales guy Anthony was amazing, very nice and helpful but it seemed when we went to the next person Marcy for the financial part is where there was miscommunication. they prices i was told i would be charged ended up being different and when i called after and had a question Marcy told me to look at my papers instead of helping me. Great experience! I have always driven Subaru’s and nothing else. I went to Brewster Subaru after a bad experience at another dealership. While I was there there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle and the saleswoman I dealt with, Robyn Rey was great! She took the time to explain everything and also answer any questions I had without making me feel rushed. I felt very comfortable there and will go back again for another vehicle when the time comes due to their focus on customer service and not just the sale.
